This video is a composition of various hip mobility exercises which can be used as a prelude to hard physical exercise to mobilise the hip joint and its associated soft tissue structures. The hip joint is a region of the lower body that is often forgotten during a climbing and cycling specific warm up. These exercises help to re-address this balance.
